To achieve fast control and rapid cooldown ourengineers designed & developed this heating system using fast response infrared emitters. Manual safety switches and a host of electronic features with redundancy further reduced fire hazard when stoppages occur. To cater for varying speeds the heating array was split into seperately controlled zones which were enabled progressively as throughput increased.
