Elements for water
Immersion heaters are designed for direct contact with water, solvents, oils, process solutions and gases.
Immersion heaters are mounted sideways into the vessel, preferably close to the bottom.
Elements for light weight oil
Immersion heaters for light weight oils are made of moderate watts density rods (3.2 Watts/cm²) to prevent degradation of oil and the formation of carbon deposits on the elements.
Elements for heavy weight oils
Immersion heaters for heavy weight oils are made of low watts density rods (1.2 Watts/cm²) to prevent degradation of oil and the formation of carbon deposits on the elements.
